Product Description
SPL Solid Aluminum Sub-frame Bushings replace the stock mushy rubber bushings to eliminate free play of the sub-frame relative to the chassis. This prevents the sub-frame from "bouncing around" under drivetrain torque or suspension load, maintaining optimum suspension geometry and reducing wheel hop.
SPL's slide-in shim system allows you to quickly raise or lower the subframe to fine-tune the roll center/anti-squat behavior to your preference. Raising the subframe will compensate roll center for a lowered car at the expense of increasing anti-squat. Lowering the subframe will decrease anti-squat at the expense of roll center.
SPL's SOLID series bushings are precision CNC machined from billet aluminum for an accurate fit. Kit also includes optional rubber isolation washers to reduce noise transfer from the subframe to the chassis.

Just like the other two guys, dont try this without a press.. i was trying to cheat with using the diff bushing ‘press kit’ and snapped the larger bolt on the third bushing. I ended up using my press to finish (so much easier) but i was being lazy lol fitment and quality is top notch and im excited to use more of SPLs products. If you dont have a press, go buy the Z1 collars instead.

i had no problem installing them with a 20 ton press key is to keep it straight. this should be on the top of your lest if u want to remove wheel hope an make the car predictable when it steps out on you.

Great quality product as usual with any SPL part but they fit extremely tightly into my subframe to the point where I bent the frame of a 20-ton press getting the last one in. Doing it over I'd ream or sand down the insides of the subframe way more to give them more clearance or go with SIKKY 2-piece simply for ease of installation.
