This is the Inner Tie Rod found on the rear Hicas Steering Rack on all Twin Turbo Z32's.

These are used to control the Toe alignment in the rear of the TwinTurbo Z32's. Often times these are bent during a crash and can wear over time causing the rear wheel alignment to be incorrect.
