This is the Inner Tie Rod found on the rear Hicas Steering Rack on all '90 - '93 Twin Turbo Z32's.

These are used to control the Toe alignment in the rear of the TwinTurbo Z32's. Often times these are bent during a crash and can wear over time causing the rear wheel alignment to be incorrect.
