The Z1 Hard Pipe & HKS SSQV BOV Combo fits all 1990 + 300ZX Twin Turbo models.

Includes:

(4) Polished Stainless Steel intake hard pipes
(8) 4-ply quality silicone couplers in your choice of black, blue, or red
(8) Stainless Steel hose clamps (add 16 T-bolt or 8 additional clamps as an option below)
(2) HKS SSQV flanges welded to the inner hard pipes in the correct orientation
(2) Genuine HKS SSQV4 Blow Off Valves with hardware to mount on hard pipes in the engine bay
(4) Silicone caps to cap intake piping to remove stock recirculation valves and hoses

Please remember to use a lubricant when installing the couplers on the pipes & installing the hard pipe kit. A silicone spray is best which is very slippery and doesn't make a mess like grease.

Trying to do it without this will result in frustration and likely damage the couplers.

Do you sell this kit without the BOV's. I have the BOV's already but want to. Relocate them to under the hood and do the hardpipe kit. I noticed your other hardpipe kit does not have the option to attach the the BOV's under the hood.

Is this an easy install? Where would I pull a vacuum line for the blow off valves from? Thanks for any help!

Response: Ryan, The circlip on the BOV can be a challenge if you do not have the correct tools. Beyond that the hard pipes are a little harder to work with compared to boost hoses but they do look great. Having a spray can of CRC silicone spray on hand to lube the hoses will make install much easier. We recommend pulling vacuum from the balance tube and or clutch booster hose. You need good vacuum source for each valve, pull vacuum from the plenum post throttle body. Regards, The Z1 Team
