Z1's Strut Tower Brace for the 2023+ Nissan Z is designed to reduce chassis flex during cornering, providing sharper turn-in response and making your Z feel more predictable and nimble.
Z1's strut tower brace is triangulated and ties together three points, unlike the original brace that only connects the two strut towers. The factory Z brace is strong in tension and compression, however, because it only ties together two points it offers very little stiffness against torsional loading of the chassis. To provide an even greater level of rigidity, structural elements are added to tie the chassis points together more effectively.
Our brace is constructed from precision bent 6061 aluminum tubing with a 3mm wall thickness and tig-welded to CNC machined billet end plates. This construction method reduces the overall weight to 5.5lbs, a 33% savings from the heavy stock brace.
