Product Description
These tapered steel plugs are driven into the pressurized oil passages in the cylinder block.
When rebuilding a VG30DE(TT) we recommend pulling all the existing plugs out of the block so that these passages can be cleaned and then reinstalling these new plugs. There are a total of 4 of these in each block. (One on the passenger side in the rear, two in the rear, and one in the front at the water pump.)
Two brass plugs pressed in to the front of the passenger side can be found HERE.
