OEM Left Hand (US Driver Side) Upper Cam Timing Chain Tensioner found on all VQ35HR, VQ37VHR, and VR38DETT engines. This tensioner mounts on the Bank 2 Head to keep tension on the short cam timing chain. One required per vehicle.
