This is the OEM Lower Rear Metal Inner Window Roller / Slider Plate for the lower door glass of all 300ZXs (Z32 models). The plate is located between the OEM Inner Window Roller / Slider Bushing and the OEM Lower Rear Window Roller. This plate is necessary as it acts as the nut to tighten the outer window bolt creating a solid connection to the door glass. Without this plate, it will cause leaks and loud rattles when the window is in use or when the door opens and closes. When the plate is properly installed, the window will maintain solid operation and have a smooth and quieter track flow.
