OEM B-Pillar Cover Grommet for the 350Z and 370Z. This clip is snapped into the body on your 2003-2008 Nissan 350Z and 2009+ Nissan 370Z allows the B-Pillar to clip into it, holding it to the body. This clip can also be found on the door pillar finisher.

I ordered two of these grommets, in case I wanted to replace both sides. I knew I needed one for sure. Anyway, both grommets broke while trying to install. I clipped the first one in and tried to clip the b pillar cover into it and it busted. So, then I tried to clip the second one to the pillar cover before clipping it into the b pillar. That one shattered too.
