Boundary billet pump covers use advanced CFD simulation and exacting 3D precision milling to create a blend of engineering and manufacturing that produces less leak by, less aeration, less cavitation, and more high RPM flow. Their super flat triple flat ground surface prevents air intake and leak blow by on the pump. Deep pocketing slows down flow and allows it to enter the gerotor more easily preventing cavitation and air bubbles. The billet steel design reduces deflection over aluminum and billet aluminum.
