What would be the cost of labor for a shop to install this? I know it varies but i was wondering if you had a rough estimate. Also is this kit enough to support 400whp.

We generally use this kit to support in excess of 600 WHP so with the right supporting mods you should be fine past 400.
Unfortunately we are not sure what other shops would quote for this install.
