Product Description
New multilayered steel gaskets for your Nissan or Infiniti requiring 2 bolt 2.5'' or 3'' diameter flange gaskets.
Often, the RTV sealing method or composite gasket currently made for all 2 bolt test pipes (and various other exhaust flanges) don't hold up over time due to extreme exhaust temperatures and can fail leading to irritating exhaust leaks and potential Check Engine Lights.
To solve this potential problem, Z1 has designed and produced our very own multilayer metal exhaust gasket for this application. This gasket is similar in construction to the manifold to turbo gaskets we have used for years on turbo applications. It has proven to be one of the strongest and most robust parts despite the extremely abusive conditions they are exposed to; these gaskets can be removed and reinstalled countless times without any problems. Replace your old, leaky exhaust gaskets with these reuseable gaskets that will fix that annoying exhaust leak.

Very nice gasket was gambling and bolt holes didn't match but believe I can redrill them I have a 3 inch aftermarket hard to find the right parts

The metal Gaskets are Great!! I like them because they don’t get destroyed from flames and require replacing every 3 months. However these are metal so I used some Ultra copper RTV around the edges to give it a perfectly solid seal. Personally Paper/OEM Gaskets feel like they create a tighter seal but unfortunately don’t last very long. These metal ones have been on my car for about a little over a year now and I have No complaints. Definitely worth the purchase if you keep blowing gaskets out like I did. Just use some high temp RTV and good torque on the hardware and you should be good to go! Thanks Z1 for the longer lasting alternative.

These are a must if you plan to shoot flames often. The paper gaskets will burn and cause an exhaust leak, these handle the extra fuel and heat a lot better. Had these on my Q50 for a while and never had an exhaust leak or separation from the gasket.

Used this when I put on the Y-Pipe back Z1 single exit exhaust. very thick gasket would easily recommend spending the cash to get the "upgraded" gaskets(what I call them with the price difference) has my mind at ease of no leaks coming in the future

Great quality replacement part if you take your exhaust apart or see higher temps at track days. I used this to replace the stock gasket that came with my Stillen exhaust between the mid-pipe and Y-pipe and split apart the first time I separated the exhaust after only 2 track days. One tear in the stock gasket made the car ridiculously loud and this metal gasket definitely fixed that. Now it is only loud when I want it to be (under throttle).
