New multilayered steel gaskets for the VQHR/VQVHR engine.
Often the RTV sealing method or composite gasket for the 3 bolt flange from the manifold to the test pipe/high flow cat doesn't hold up over time due to extreme exhaust temperatures and can fail leading to irritating exhaust leaks and potential Check Engine Lights.
To solve this potential problem Z1 has designed and produced our very own multi-layer metal exhaust gasket for this application. This gasket is similar in construction to the manifold to turbo gaskets we have used for years on turbo applications. It has proven to be one of the strongest and most robust parts despite the extremely abusive conditions they are exposed to; these gaskets can be removed and reinstalled countless times without any problems. Replace your old, leaky exhaust gaskets with these reusable gaskets that will fix that annoying exhaust leak.

Great gasket for g37s weather your a coupe or a sedan tuned or not tuned these are amazing. Get the right sealant and gasket maker ESPECIALLY if your car shoots flames and you’ll be good to go!

Great replacement to the flimsy OEM style Gaskets. Just use Ultra copper RTV to get that PERFECT seal, especially if your car shoots flames.

Great gaskets don’t have to worrie about a leak with these and hooking everything up right unlike the other after market gaskets and the paper thin oem nissan or infinti gaskets these will hold up and you could reuse them

So happy that I went with these gaskets when I put the kinetix high flow cats on my g37. The ones that came with the cats are no where near as good as the z1 gasket.

If your test pipes don’t come with gaskets, these are the way to go! I got Megan racing test pipes and they came with gaskets which were higher quality than these but like Berk test pipes don’t come with gaskets and these will fit on there perfectly.
