Product Description
This is the Knock Sensor Sub Harness found on all Nissan 350Z and Infiniti G35 models equipped with the VQ35DE Engine. When this harness fails you will see a Check Engine Light with the code P0327.
P0327 Codes are caused by either a low output voltage seen by the ECU from the knock sensor pointing to a faulty sensor or a short or open knock sensor circuit.
While most often this code is indicative of a faulty knock sensor sub harness, sometimes the sensors do go bad you can elect to purchase both below and save.
Z1 also sells new OEM Knock Sensors HERE and can be included for a discounted price as an option below.
NOTE: G35 models with a build production date before 06/03 MUST purchase a new style knock sensor with the harness. The original knock sensor on G35's built prior to 06/03 is different, and cannot be connected with this new style harness. The optional knock sensor below is a new-style type sensor and will allow you to use the newer style knock sensor sub harness sold here.

The harness Solved all my codes related to the knock sensor. This was not hard to install, took some time fishing it thru the tunnel. I kept getting caught on the wire harness, once I got the connector thru it was a breeze! Now time to move to the O2 sensor!

Fit up to the knock sensor and adjacent wiring with no problem. Quality looks and feels better than the oem I had to replace. Even has a protective sleeve over the wiring which is what's missing on the oem. Definitely worth it.

I took the whole intake off and installed a new knock sensor with this harness. The code went away. If you have a knock sensor circuit code, I'd recommend this product. Everyone else is selling this harness with the injector harness, so it can be expensive, so save your money and buy this sub harness.

Super happy with this item. It was cheaper than some other parts resources near me. Parts and shipping was half of what other parts places wanted to sell it to me over the counter. Plugged in perfectly w/ no issues. Took care of my p0327 code that was caused by a rodent chewing the wiring.

This fixed my P0327 fault code. The factory sub harness in these cars is very poor quality. Every time it was humid or raining I would get P0327 fault, and the car ran poorly.

The connector had one tab that didn't match. So I took a sharp knife and shaved off the offending tab. It was an easy fix. Then I assembled the cables and etc. My 2003 G35 has been running great since. No more error code. Thought someone might find this useful.

This knock sensor sub harness is a must if you are getting a low knock sensor input signal code. Install is tedious and takes about 2 hours. If you have a loss of engine power and have the previous mentioned cel code, this is your fix. Thanks Z1!
