Product Description
This is the plate that keeps ths shifter elevated in all Manual Z32's.
This commonly fails due to the center support portion being constructed solely of a hard rubber compound. The rubber deteriorates over time, cracks, and breaks causing the shifter to sag preventing the ability to shift gears.

Ez install, you should make the rubber part out of metal so it can’t deteriorate as easy
