It's really an eyesore in most engine bays. Previously the only solution was to buy a whole new switch for over $20. That's not the case anymore.
While this is a rather small part, not having it or having one with a busted boot looks bad when you are working around the car and it is definitely a negative at car shows.
So rubber up today without breaking the bank!

This inexpensive little boot can make or break what the under-hood experience looks like. I had some issues with the first one of these I received but but it was replaced and their customer service is as good or better an any I have ever received!

Ordered a couple of the new hood switch rubbers, came in quick and changed the one on my 1993 vert. Perfect fit, simple installation. Took less than 5 minutes to pull the old rubber off and put the new one on and clip it.
