For those early style Non Turbo or Twin Turbo Z32s with fuel injector failures, this kit is a long term solution to the problems. Update all 6 injectors to the newer pintleless style which were designed with ethanol blended fuels in mind.
"Early Style" fuel rails and injectors were used in the 1990-1992 Coupe, 2+2 and 1993 Convertible Non Turbo (NA) models and all 1990-1994 Twin Turbo (TT) models.
"New Style" fuel rails and injectors were used in 1993+ Coupe, 2+2, and 1994+ convertible NA's and all 1995+ TT's.
The "New Style" injectors are less affected by ethanol (primary cause of "Early Style" injector failure) due to the revised design. This design is also smaller toward the nozzle of the injector making the Early Style Fuel Rail Adapter Kit necessary. The kit is easy to install and makes injector replacement easier if necessary (years from now) by using allen head bolts to secure the injector caps instead of phillips head screws. You will need to clearance the number one injector bridge on the upper intake plenum about 1/4" to fit with the new injector plugs.
Optional Fuel Rail to Lower Plenum Seals may be selected below and should be added if you plan on removing the fuel rails to complete the installation of this kit. These should be changed whenever the fuel rails are removed and reinstalled. These seals are often the cause of a mysterious boost or vacuum leak.
Optional Injector Plugs may be selected below and are necessary if you plan to use the original EFI Wiring Harness.
