This kit has been engineered to perform! A focus on performance, effectiveness, and ease of installation was paramount in the design process. A considerable amount of time was also spent trying to minimize potential points for failure due to the cramped workspace the Z32 offers. Similar to Nissan’s OE approach we opted to utilize boost hoses instead of the common aftermarket hard pipe. This has reduced potential leak points by 25% when compared to every other system on the market. The lack of joints using the four boost hoses instead of hoses and piping means a decrease in the amount of leading pipe edges. These edges bring down air velocity due to drag. By going with a silicone boost hose we have been able to decrease these drag points by 25%.
While performance is key we knew that install couldn't be a b*#@h either. After having the chance to install other piping kits on the market it was clear that better fitment was paramount to customer satisfaction. To ensure this without sacrificing performance our system maintains round pipes throughout. Nothing flattened here. While any larger piping kit in the tight 300ZX engine bay can be challenging to install, the Z1 kit can even be installed with the radiator in place. In fact the hardest part is removing stock pipes!

We now offer these pipes modified to fit Ash Planar Inlet piping This will consist of cutting and welding the pipes to shift the BOV inlet fittings lower on the pipes. This is a $0 upcharge, but the finish will reflect the modification.
