Product Description
This silicone hose kit replaces the factory rubber brake booster vacuum hoses found on all 2003-2006 Nissan 350Z and 2003-2007 Infiniti G35 models. This kit includes the long hose that runs from the plenum to the hose junction and the short hose that runs from the junction to the brake booster. Over time the factory rubber hoses will crack and deteriorate creating vacuum leaks that will rob you of power and make the car undrivable. Any leaks or lack of vacuum for the 300ZX braking system will result in an undesirably firm brake pedal and could possibly pose a safety hazard. Our silicone hoses are made from high-quality multi-ply reinforced silicone and custom formed for perfect fitment. Unlike conventional stock rubber hoses that deteriorate over time, dry rot, and ultimately crack, silicone hoses will stay soft and never degrade. These are the last hoses you will ever need!
Z1 silicone hose can be purchased in your choice of BLACK, RED, or BLUE.
Please Note: The one-way check valve needs to be removed from the factory hose and reinstalled in the Z1 silicone hose (This is essential for engines equipped with forced induction)

The brake booster line goes all the way around the engine bay to the left side and thru the battery wall. Very strange arrangement to get vacuum out of the other side of the engine. The rubber hoses were brittle so that's very dangerous, good to replace them. These silicone hoses are very good.

When Z1 says re-use the oem check valves, RE-USE THEM!! You will have to cut the oem brake booster hose to remove the valves, and slide them into the new hoses the way they were in the original ones. Or buy new ones to install. Not doing so will cause your pedal to be stiff when the engine is off (do not run these without the valve, if your engine ever dies when you’re driving, you may not be able to stop as your pedal pressure will already be at max..) I love these Z1 hoses, they look awesome and function like a champ!! 5 stars!

I needed to replace my pcv hoses, and figured I'd install these as well. It turns out the passenger side line was clogged, and replacing it improved the high idle I was hoping to resolve by buying pcv hoses. These hoses are strong, and lightweight. They are very slightly thicker than oem, so it takes a bit more prying to get the clamps over them, but after that, you're gold. I installed these two hoses in five minutes. They also add some color to the engine bay. 5/5, you can't go wrong buying these.
