Z1 350Z/G35 Oil Cooler Kit for all '03+ 350Z (including HR engines) and all '02+ G35 models (both Sedan* and Coupe)
Designed with the highest quality products available to provide efficient cooling, trouble-free usage, and simple installation. The Z1 Oil Cooler Kit comes complete with all the necessary components for installing on an NA car with a stock fascia. Forced induction cars please see the note at the bottom of the listing.
The Z1 350Z/G35 Oil Cooler Kit features the following components standard:

Z1 Oil Coolers now come standard with the Z1 ProCooler cores with the option to choose a MOCAL or Setrab core.
Unlike our various competitors' oil cooler packages, Z1 has addressed the various issues with all current oil cooler kits on the market and has created an oil cooler kit the brings the best of them all to one kit. Here are a few key comparisons between the Z1 Oil Cooler Kit and our competitors.
- The Oil Lines - The Z1 kit uses fully braided stainless steel -10 AN (5/8") line, offering both increased oil capacity and higher flow volumes.
- Uses OEM Style Oil Filter - You retain your OE Nissan Oil Filter. This means there will not be any confusion when you go to do your next oil change.
- Freedom to Choose - Unlike other kits, we let YOU choose the kit you need. You can custom-build your kit depending on your driving style, needs, and budget.
- Tech Support / Install Instructions - Each kit comes complete with the necessary, easy-to-use, step-by-step installation instructions (which can also be found online on our website).
- Protective Line Wrapping - Available pre-installed, this wrapping prevents damage to both the line and the chassis as a result of rubbing against one another. This shielding is form-fitting and requires no maintenance or zip ties.
- Upper Core Support Bracket - Allows for proper securing of the core support, preventing fore and aft movement during hard acceleration/deceleration or impacts. This prevents possible damage to the core support itself and the oil cooler assembly. Designed in-house, the custom Z1 oil cooler bracket supplied in this kit is infinitely variable and offers universal fitment regardless of model. This single bracket will fit all three available Setrab cores and all three chassis. The upper leg of the bracket will attach to the existing threaded rivet nut found on the G35 Coupe and Sedan. 350Z owners will need to drill and attach a new threaded rivet nut (supplied in the kit) to properly fasten the bracket.
Individual Component Descriptions:
At the heart of this package is your choice of 19-row, 25-row, or 34-row sizes oil cooler core. Choose between Z1 ProCooler, MOCAL HD, and Setrab Series 6 oil cooler cores.

-10 AN braided stainless steel hoses and anodized aluminum fittings are included along with a Mocal oil cooler sandwich adapter. Cooler mounting hardware, rubber lined adel clamps, hose sleeve, and plastic ties are also included.
Core dimensions below:
19 Row (13" x 1 1/4" x 5 1/3") -- Recommended for most light street applications or applications in colder climates where less cooling is required. Will work with all aftermarket intakes.
25 Row (13" x 1 1/4" x 7 1/2") -- Recommended for more intense applications where occasional track use will be seen, also for more moderate climates. Will work with most aftermarket intakes.
34 Row (13" x 1 1/4" x 10 1/4") -- Recommended for forced induction applications, serious track applications, or in high-temperature climates where extreme conditions may exist. This is our best-selling cooler but it will require modifications to install with some intake systems.
You may choose between the Standard Non-Thermostatic Mocal Sandwich Plate adapter and a Thermostatic model. It is highly recommended that a Thermostatic sandwich plate adapter be purchased when installing an oil cooler onto a street-driven 350Z or G35. As important as it is to keep high oil temperatures under control, it is just as important to maintain the proper temperature to ensure the highest possible lubrication.

Please note:
Some drilling required! A total of 3 holes must be drilled in the fiberglass core support to install the Threaded Rivet Nuts (supplied in the kit along with the required tool). Measurements are provided in the installation instructions for the location of the holes.
Due to the wide range of forced induction setups and fascias on the market this kit was fitted as a bolt-on for non-turbo 350Z/G35 models only. It may be adapted or modified to fit most forced induction setups. However, Z1 Motorsports does not offer installation suggestions for all possible intercooler and fascia configurations.
*All 2007+ G35 Sedans equipped with the 3.5 L (VQ35HR) engine should purchase the Z1 Motorsports 370Z/G37 Oil Cooler Kit found HERE. All '07+ Infiniti G35 Sedans equipped with the VQ35HR engine use the same core support and chassis as the '09+ Infiniti G37 Sedans.
