Z1 Motorsports Silicone Brake Booster Hose for all '03-'06 350Z & G35 Sedan & '03-'07 G35 coupe models. 

4 ply reinforced high quality silicone hose, custom formed for perfect fitments.  This hose is located on the passenger side of the engine compartment connecting the brake booster's vacuum feed line to the upper intake manifold.

Over time the factory rubber hoses will crack and deteriorate creating vacuum leaks that will rob you of power and make the car underivable.  Any leaks or lack of vacuum for the 350Z or G35's braking system will result in an undesirably firm brake pedal and could possibly pose a safety hazard.

This is the last Brake Booster hose you will ever need.  Unlike conventional stock rubber hoses that deteriorate over time, dry rot, and ultimately crack this silicone hose will stay soft and never degrade.  Best of all it costs less than a new OEM rubber hose.  

Please Note: The one way check valve needs to be removed from the factory hose and reinstalled in the Z1 silicone hose (This is essential for engines equipped with forced induction)

How does a weekend mechanic like myself remove the check valve from the OEM hose and reinstall such valve on the Z1 part ? Thank you!

Response: The install swap of the OE check valve is not for the meek. First it must be cut out of the factory hose, which will leave you with a small pill sized check valve. You can check and confirm the flow of air towards the engine. To install into a new hose you will need a lubricant like CRC silicone spray and strength. Start by lubing up the hose and insert the tip of the check valve (mind the direction) once started use a sturdy surface to brace the valve against while you push the hose onto the valve. No joke you have to seriously man up on this part of the task. Once pushed flush with the end of the hose I like to use a 7 mm deep well 1/4" drive socket and more lube to push the check valve further into the hose. Once you've accomplished this task correctly you have leveled up your weekend install game. Thanks for being a pro while keeping the install clean and not cutting the hose to put a regular check valve.
