The OEM Auto Transmission Pan typically needs to be replaced over time due to debris coming into contact with the Pan causing dents that can lead to fluid starvation in the transmission. Per Nissan, the 2019-2020 new oil pan requires a new oil pan magnet to be purchased for proper fit. The two OE old magnets will work alongside the new one. This necessary magnet is included with the oil pan.
