OEM Battery Tie Down Kit fits a variety of Nissan and Infiniti models. asd
This kit is used to secure the battery to the chassis when mounted in the stock underhood location. Through service operations, it is not uncommon to forget or lose the tie-down and its associated hardware. If you take your Z to the track, you MUST have your battery securely fastened down; this is also true for some state yearly vehicle inspections. Do not ruin a track day, drag event, or a weekend of mountain driving by forgetting your battery tie-down!
This kit is now available with Z1's stainless steel tie-down hardware, offering significantly higher levels of corrosion resistance compared to the OE zinc hardware. For those who wish to keep OEM hardware on their car, this can be selected using the product options.
