This fitting screws in the LH side of the upper intake plenum.  This is the fitting towards the front and below another similar fitting.  This particular fitting is only present on LH drive, 5 speed, Twin Turbo Z32s.  The large nipple attaches to the clutch booster hose and the small nipple to the line supplying vacuum / pressure to the factory recirculation or blow off valves.

On Automatic and all NA Z32's this fitting is different in that it doesn't have the larger nipple as only 5 speed TTs have a vacuum assisted clutch booster.
