Your rotors should be replaced between 50,000 and 70,000 miles to keep your brakes in peak health. Signs that your Brake Rotor(s) are in need of replacement include: noisy brakes, vibration from brakes, grooves or score marks on the Rotor, and increased stopping distances. These rotors are the same left and right.
