HKS Nissan Skyline (RB26) V-Cam System Step2 Without Valcon RB.

Variable Valve Timing System allows the classic RB26 to become a new generation engine. The Step2 V-Cam System requires a separate purchase of the HKS forged piston kit. A polished cylinder surface or using a thin gasket may cause insufficient clearance between the valve and the piston.

Kit Includes:

• Special V-CAM shaft
• Variable valve timing unit (Vane type controller for high torque. Pulley with nickel plating.)
• Intake side special cylinder head cover. (HKS original casting product. No paint. Includes special logo plate.)
• V-CAM sensor harness. (F-CON V Pro 3.4 connected terminal)
• Oil control valve (Electromagnetic)
• Cam angle sensor (Highly accurate type)
• Oil lines (between the hydraulic take-out section of the engine side and the cylinder head cover.)
• Other parts

Specifications:

• Opening Degree: 264°
• Valve Lift: 8.7mm
• Valve Timing: 75° to 125°
• Variable Valve Timing Control Unit: F-CON V Pro ver. 3.4 or VALCON type RB26
• Camshaft (EX): STEP 1 (272°)
• Valve Spring: Recommends HKS enhanced parts (If increasing allowable rotating speed) 
• Allowable Rotating Speed: 8000 rpm or 8500 rpm in using with the HKS valve spring 
• Cylinder Head Modification: No
• Piston Type: HKS Piston (To secure the clearance between the valve and the piston)
• Oil Pump: Recommends HKS Enhanced Parts
• Engine Oil: Recommends HKS SUPER TURBO RACING 15W50 or HKS Racing Pro 10W50 
• Timing Belt: Inspect the wear or tension each drive 10,000 km. Adjust them if necessary.
• Note: The valve timing may not reach the target value due to insufficient hydraulic pressure when the viscosity is low. It cannot have an advanced angle when the water temperature of 60 degrees or lower.
