JWT Race Cam Kit for the VQ35HR. This kit includes the C9 intake camshafts and RZ1 exhaust camshafts. These camshafts feature race profiles and they need to be used with pistons with deeper valve relief notches and there is some cylinder head clearancing required due to the size of the intake cam lobes. The JWT Beehive Spring and Retainers must be used with this camshaft kit, as well as the OEM DLC Lifters. The C9 Intake Camshafts in this kit are modified by JWT to feature deeper threads for higher RPM operation, and new long bolts are included.

*All JWT Race Camshafts must have the cams drilled for deeper threads. This helps to prevent the cams from cracking because they are being run under higher RPMs /race conditions. New bolt and seal kits are included. JWT does this service before shipping out camshafts, so please keep that in mind that may delay shipping times.

It is highly recommended to upgrade the oil pump or the oil pump gears to billet gears if you want to take advantage of the ability to rev the engine to the cam-limit of 8,200 RPM. (Tuning Required)
