Ohlin's unique Dual Flow Valve (DFV) technology allows you to quickly adjust the damper stiffness. When arriving to the racetrack, simply turn the golden knob clockwise to set the damper in race mode. This action changes all four areas of the damper: low- and high-speed compression and rebound damping.
The inverted (upside-down) rear shocks are primarily designed to reduce unsprung weight, keep the piston fully submerged in oil for superior damping control, and manage heat more efficiently. By placing the heavier body higher, it improves the suspension's responsiveness, traction, and stability, particularly while racing or taking backroads.
