OEM "PCV" Valve or Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve for the 2002-2006 Nissan Altima models equipped with the QR25DE (2.5L) or the VQ35DE (3.5L) engine.
This valve is located on the valve cover and helps control your emissions by taking the gases produced by the crankcase and safely routing them back into the engines combustion chamber.
