This is the OEM Inner Window Roller / Slider Bushing for the door glass of all 300ZXs (Z32 models). This bushing aligns itself on the inner side of the door glass adjacent to the OEM Upper and Lower Rear Metal Inner Window Roller / Slider Plate. This bushing helps to prevent the glass from being scratched or chipped by the metal plate. If the bushing is not present, it can cause loud rattles when the window is in use or when the door opens and closes. When the bushing is properly installed, the window will maintain a smooth and quieter track flow.
