This is the OEM Outer Window Roller / Slider Bushing for the upper door glass of on all 300ZXs (Z32 models). This bushing aligns itself on the outer side of the door glass adjacent to the OEM Top and Lower Rear Window Roller / Slider Bolt. The bushing prevents the glass from being scratched or chipped by the bolt. If the outer bushing is not present, it can cause loud rattles when the window is in use or when the door opens and closes. When the outer bushing is properly installed, the window will maintain a smooth and quieter track flow.
