Nissan 0W-20 oil is recommended by Infiniti for the Q60 / Q50.

Note: Nissan states that the oil change capacity w/ a new OEM Filter for 3.0t RWD models is 5 1/8 Qts and for 3.0t AWD models is 5 3/4 Qts.
