This is the OEM Rear Suspension Member Stay Bracket for the 2009+ Nissan 370Z.

This bracket is located on the rear of the vehicle where the 'W' Transmission Tunnel Brace mounts on each side. These Brackets often rust due to being weathered or even scrapping the ground if your 370Z is lowered.

Replaced the old rusty parts along with a new “W” brace which was rusted out.
