Product Description
This kit includes all of the basic components needed to service the rear timing cover oil gallery gaskets on your VQ35DE equipped 350Z or G35.
The oil galley gasket is mounted beneath the timing cover, when this gasket fails and begins to seep oil pressure will drop resulting in potential catastrophic engine failure. If you're seeing low oil pressure symptoms, such as low readings on the gauge, P0011 or P0021 codes, or excessive VTC rattle Z1 does not recommend running the engine until you have this checked, to minimize the risk of engine damage.
In this kit we've opted to include allen head hardware to help ensure torque across the oil gallery cover plates is even.

If you’ve got the timing cover off, this is an easy install. I won’t know for many years if it is any better than my non-failed OE gallery gaskets.
