OEM JDM S14 and S15 Blend Door Actuator (Mode).

This Actuator controls which vent(s) the air blows through. These parts wear over time and the plastic gears inside can become stripped or broken, causing them to fail. A failing actuator may cause clicking sounds or air blowing from the wrong vents depending on the mode change.
