OEM Hood Release Cable fits all 2009+ Infiniti G37 Coupe / Convertible and 2014-2015 Infiniti Q60 models.
Located under the driver side of the dash board, this cable is used to remotely release the hood from inside the vehicle. Over time these cables are prone to stretch and wear out as a result of usage.
This is one of two cables on your G37, identified as the 'short' cable that the driver pulls to release the hood. Identified in the diagrams below.
