OEM Hood Lock Striker for 2009-2013 Infiniti G37 Sedan models.

These strikers are found under the left and right sides of the hood. Its main purpose is to secure the hood to the vehicle by creating a lock point for the two latches.  This striker is prone to front end and side collisions.
