OEM R35 GTR Front Hood Seal.

The hood is sealed using a piece of weather stripping. This seal can be found at the front edge of the hood. It is common to see this seal tear preventing them from sealing against the front bumper properly. This allows water and other debris to easily enter the engine bay. If damaged, these seals should be replaced to help prevent water from reaching critical electronic components. The seal attaches using plastic push clips that over time can become brittle and break. You can find the clips for this front hood seal HERE.
