This is a replacement New Power Transistor Unit which fits all '90+ 300ZX (Z32's) that have been updated with the PTU recall. 

If your car is equipped with the old style heat sink style you will need to update your connectors, the bracket and the hardware to install.  

NOTE: An Adapter Harness may be required for earlier models that haven't undergone the PTU recall.
