Product Description
OEM Oil Pump found in all VQ35HR & VQ37VHR engines.
The oil pump is responsible for providing oil through galleries and passages around the engine to ensure it is properly lubricated. This oil pump is driven by the timing chain.

Can the oem pump take 8k rpm abuse?
No, it is not recommended to take the OEM pump to 8000RPM. You can add Boundary Oil Pump Gears to the OEM pump housing for better durability.
