This is the 3rd and 4th shift fork used in your 300ZX's RS5R30A manual transmission. The shift fork in your transmission is responsible for sliding gears into or out of engagement. If your transmission is stuck in gear or you're struggling to change gears, there is a good possibility you've broken one of these soft aluminum shift forks.
