Can confirm they do lower the car 10mm. Notice a little stiffer suspension. I have a 2019 370z sport touring. Not hugely noticeable though after my first drive maybe because the car is so new with only 10,000km. Was hoping for a little bit stiffer. I test drove a 2015 nismo last month and it seemed very stiff extremely noticeable difference from my smooth driving sport. Anyways still happy. Just going to search for stiffening options maybe some new sway bars and some soul function chassis braces. Not sure what else the nismo 370z has done to it to make it so stuff from factory or if the one I tested had had some suspension mods done to it already.

This is awesome! It's much better right now. My car was sitting in H&R-30 before. To much speed bumps made me change my setup for the Nismo shock package. It's just a bit stiffer and right now I can go anywhere.

If you want a firm ride without having to worry about dampener settings with coilovers these were a great upgrade for my 2010 370 sport it's surprisingly stiff , took me about 3 hours to fit all 4 , and sure enough there really is about a 10mm drop
