By using a high-purity titanium alloy as a material, we achieved substantial weight savings for a standard muffler design. We also maintain the exhaust sound and sound quality while further improved with the use of a unique high-purity titanium material.
The goal of the production of a titanium exhaust is to pursue a light and comfortable sound while maintaining a moderate tone in the low load / low speed range, and a unique tone at mid-to-high load / speed range. We also designed this to preserve a comfortable muffled interior sound in the passenger compartment.
