Used OEM Nissan Automatic Transmission Flexplate Retaining Plate for all '90+ Nissan 300zx models.
Sandwiched between the Flexplate and the eight Flexplate Bolts, the Retaining Plate acts as a large washer that spreads the clamping force developed by the eight bolts evenly around the flexplate itself. Often overlooked and easily forgotten, this retaining plate is critical in prolonging flexplate service life.
