will this fit my na/tt swap with a 3 row rad?
Yes it will fit your tt radiator. If the radiator is very thick some trimming may be required to clear the fan.
Will the NA lower shroud fit this? I'm assuming this fits your Howe radiator.
yes the lower shroud is the same between the two models. Both shrouds will need to be trimmed slightly to clear the fan and ac compressor when used with the thicker racing radiator.
