Located just behind the rear bumper cover on your G35, this Aluminum Crash Bar helps absorb the energy resulting from a rear-end collision, and spreads the impact load across both frame rails. This Bar should be replaced in the event of a rear collision as it will lose its structural rigidity and cannot be repaired.
