This is the Universal Joint (Knuckle) that attaches the steering column to the steering rack. When these fail they cause the steering to feel "sloppy" and driving while these are bad is a serious safety risk.

Sold individually. 

Fits:

My steering knuckle was close to probably snapping cause of the high mileage on my zed, defintly needed to replace this. Although I heard that the g35 knuckle can be used instead of buying OEM?
