Located inside of the transmission. The Throw Out Bearing Sleeve is a critical component of the clutch system. The throw out bearing is pressed onto the sleeve, which is then attached to the clutch fork. When you depress the pedal, the sleeve is moved in and out along the transmission's input shaft.

Over time, the throw out bearing can wear out for a number of reasons. This will in turn result in undesired clutch operation and/or noise. When replacing the sleeve Z1 also recommends replacing the clip found HERE.

Fits push type AND pull type clutches.
