This is the OEM Rear Cargo Cover Hook Reciever, located on the inside of the hatch on all equipped 300ZX models. This receiver is the piece that the cargo cover hook latches into to hold the end of the cargo cover when open.

This hook is black / charcoal in color. Nissan has discontinued Tan, Red, and Blue.
