OEM Low Pressure Turbo Service Kit for your 2016-2019 Nissan Titan XD equipped with the CEV8D1 Cummins Turbo Diesel powerplant.

This Kit includes all the components needed to replace common wear parts within your vehicle's turbocharger. This kit services all wear items in the turbo assembly and is most effective to ensure proper operation of a low pressure turbo with common wear and tear, and without major damages, to the internal components.

If your Check Engine Light has recently come on for error code P226C (TC Boost Control Slow Response), and error code P00AF (Boost Pressure Control) is NOT stored in the ECM, this kit could be just the solve you need. 

NOTE: NISSAN MADE A RECENT KIT CHANGE. KIT NOW INCLUDES THE FULL LOW PRESSURE TURBO ASSEMBLY. HIGH PRESSURE TURBO IS SOLD SEPARATELY.

To further confirm that this is the kit you need:

• Disconnect the linkage at the actuator to move the rotary control valve.
• Observe whether there is binding and/or resistance when the rotary turbine control valve is moved from one stop to the other (full span), by hand.

If all the above checks out, it is recommended to use this Service Kit to replace the low pressure turbocharger components.
